Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the collection, processing, and safekeeping of training records for the Cadet Pilot Program
• Provide administrative support for the department, new project development, and regulatory approvals when necessary
• Support the processing of Flight Crew License applications, including verifying students' logbooks, training records, test forms, exam results, medical certificates, financial details, and communication with students as needed
• Facilitate the operation of the Flight Training Device and handling of external visits. Assist in managing administration of Flight Training Device-related courses
• Support in managing generic payment requisitions and handling invoices, including procuring training materials and services
• Collaborate on scheduling and the administration of for the Multi Crew Cooperation Course, Airline interviews and assessments
• Handle the enrollment, scheduling, and administration before, during, and after the Flight Crew License Examinations
• Participate in organizing internal ceremonies and events
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
• A recognized degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation
• Strong organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred
