Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate logistics with Mainland and overseas airports/academic institutions to support course delivery and programme administration.
  • Arrange logistics and provide administrative support for both physical classes and online learning activities.
  • Manage on‑campus study tours from Mainland institutions, including coordination and enrollment procedures.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for all training activities within the training centre.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate placement and experiential learning opportunities.
  • Support the operation of the Academy’s Learning Management System and other online learning platforms.
  • Assist in preparing training records, reports, and statistics for quality assurance and related purposes.
  • Organize and conduct airport or campus tours and undertake other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
  • Perform occasional duties during weekends, public holidays, or non‑office hours as operational needs arise.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma or above with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in aviation or airport operations.
  • Team player with strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proactive, service-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus.
