Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the running and management of ATM training activities.
  • Deliver classroom tuition for students attending the Basic ATC Course.
  • Maintain up-to-date documents and training material relating to ATC training.
  • Carry out associated administrative duties connected to the conduct of training courses.
  • Develop new ATM related courses (e.g. human factors, SMS, etc.)
  • Cooperate with Manager Quality Assurance and other team members involved in training delivery to ensure high quality of training delivered to participants.
  • Conduct ad-hoc ATC project evaluation.
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

 

Job Requirements 

 

  • Diploma holder or above.
  • Minimum 15 years of operational ATC experience, including ATC training and ATM related fields.
  • Have or had held ATC rating in Aerodrome Control and/or Approach Control/ Terminal Control/Area Control.
  • Good understanding of Basic ATC course subjects and familiar with ATC operations, AIS/AIM, ATC planning and procedure evaluation.
  • Familiar with the airspace structure of the Hong Kong FIR.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with international/regional perspectives
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline.
  • Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and independently with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Command of Chinese/Mandarin is a plus
