Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide strategic direction for professional training programmes, ensuring effective planning and delivery.
- Initiate and develop new training initiatives and identify emerging training opportunities aligned with industry needs and business objectives.
- Oversee Training Centre financial management, including budget control, revenue strategy, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Lead and manage new training and business projects, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage HKIAA‑assigned floors at the HKIA Community Lodge, driving occupancy and yield through effective planning, coordination, and revenue optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with the hotel operations team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day management and a high‑quality accommodation experience for HKIAA students.
- Occasional duties on weekends, public holidays, or outside regular office hours may be required.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or above with at least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in aviation, airport operations or hotel management.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, reporting, and governance for training initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry, with knowledge in hotel or accommodation management considered an advantage.
- Proven leadership in designing, implementing, and overseeing training programmes and strategies.
- Highly organized, strategic, and passionate about training and talent development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus.
