Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance programmes and courses to ensure alignment between learning objectives and industry needs and standards.
• Formulate and evaluate strategies for youth engagement with schools and institutions.
• Build and maintain industry partnerships within the airport community to provide placement opportunities.
• Support management in conducting academic programme registration and accreditation.
• Collaborate with local and overseas institutions, government departments, professional organizations, and other stakeholders on programme and course delivery matters.
• Supervise subordinates and support team to ensure the quality of programme and course delivery.
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Director of the Training Center.

Requirements 

• Bachelor degree holder with 10 years of relevant experience in training and course development or aviation management.
• Holder of higher degree would be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and with effective supervisory, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
