Responsibilities

• Comply with statutory requirements under various ordinances or regulations and ensure compliance to all government procedures, standards and manage all contractual related matters.
• Assist in discharging operation, maintenance, and project for all E&M, ELV systems, fire services and technical administration work.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting the performance of the building contractors and prepare O&M manuals /check sheet, license / certificate and exam report compliant to statutory requirements, safety, environmental, and OSH related issues.
• Ensure and maintain the daily operation mechanism work efficiently and cost effectively as well as up to company high standard.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities and equipment to achieve high quality and safety standards.
• Provide all necessary engineering support and instructions to in-house maintenance personnel across departments and event organizers and exhibitors on job training.
• Supervise and manage the on-site building services team.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years operation, maintenance, and A&A work experience in E&M, MVAC, Electrical, BMS & ELV systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM and event support are preferred.
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-initiative and able to work under pressure and occasionally outside office hours for ad-hoc support and maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
