Job Description: 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide logistic support in sales proposals and agreements including circulation, status tracking, filing etc.
  • Administer all departmental business-related operations activities including sales enquiries, prepare business performance reports, ensure proposals and agreements are well formed before submitting for management approval and follow up the logistics thoroughly.
  • Manage the document flow system within department are compliant and up to date as well as accurate in the document library.
  • Ensure related BD administration procedures are well implemented and team members are able to follow through the procedure.
  • Arrange business travel for the commercial team.
  • Coordinate and collaborate within team and across departments in the organization to maintain effective operations and transitions.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline (Diploma holder with more than 10 years working experience will be considered).
  • Minimum 5 years of solid office administration experiences gained from sizeable companies in sales support role is preferred, experience in supervising sub-ordinate will be an advantage.
  • A team player with leadership skills; self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills, well organized, self-motivated, customer-oriented, careful and detail minded.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus.
