Responsibilities:
- Provide standard procurement services include managing RFQ process, vendor sourcing and management, quotation, tendering, price comparison, supplier negotiation, PO issuing and fulfilment
- Understand requirements from business and service teams and search proactively from the market to find out the best offerings for the Company
- Data maintenance and generate reporting
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma
- Preferably with 1 year of work experience in procurement and vendor sourcing. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Ability to think, adapt, and react in high-energy and fast-paced environment
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable to work effectively with people from different departments
- Outgoing character with strong interest and Can-Do attitude to explore new sources and liaison with new people
- High level of integrity
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing is a plus
- Practical knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
