Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal clients to perform the role of business partner by providing professional HR services and expertise advice on all aspects of HR functions
- Implement HR policy and procedures; provide guidelines that are aligned with company goals and directions
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently and provide support and guidance to staff
- Manage full spectrum of recruitment & selection up to manager level, work closely with hiring manager from identifying competencies requirement to making offer until new hire settling well
- Handle overseas work visa of secondees including PRC
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Information Systems or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sizeable companies, MNC or aviation industry is preferred, 5 years in supervisory level
- Well-versed Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, China work visa, and the latest market HR practice
- Mature, strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
