Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to arrange office supplies, logistics arrangement, office renovation, equipment, procurement, and maintenance as well as company’s activities and staff events
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and services providers
- Maintain e-filing system for documentation control in an organized and efficient manner
- Review office admin workflow and internal procedures from time to time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Organize staff activities and company events such as Annual Dinner & Christmas Party etc.
- Assist in preparing annual administrative budget and regular reports upon request
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Admin Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of solid office administration experiences gained from sizeable companies preferably listed companies
- A team player with good negotiation and leadership skills; self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills; and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
