Responsibilities

  • Support in the development and delivery of relevant marketing strategies and campaigns driving the Academy’s brand awareness in Hong Kong and internationally, ensuring messaging is in alignment with global aviation industry standards
  • Support in the development and delivery of content for the Academy’s or other relevant online/social media platforms, showcasing the Academy’s capabilities, industry credibility and programme offerings. Relevant content includes but not limited to thought leadership interviews, case studies, testimonials, etc.
  • Support in the engagement with relevant stakeholders such as international aviation organisations, regulatory authorities, etc., with a view to increase visibility of the Academy’s brand at respective trade events or corresponding publications
  • Support in the development and maintenance of the Academy’s supply of branded corporate gifts, souvenirs, and mementos
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to external agencies, vendors, etc., to ensure timely provision of marketing campaigns, deliverables, etc.
  • Assist and support in the Academy’s other marketing-related activities, including but not limited to corporate communications, social media/digital communications, corporate events delivery, development of marketing collateral, etc., as and when required
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as and when required

 

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience and exposure in aviation or related fields is an advantage
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in both English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-organised and able to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
  • Experience with project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing agencies is an advantage
  • Proactive, self‑motivated team player with a keen eye for details, result‑oriented, fast learner and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other online applications, including other software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, website content management systems, etc.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Occasional weekend/public‑holiday work is required
