Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

  • Support the execution of marketing plans and develop marketing and communications collateral and activities, including leaflets, brochures, expos, videos, corporate souvenirs, press releases and speeches
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth collaborations and delivery of business goals in Hong Kong
  • Draft clear and engaging copywriting for various promotional formats / platforms with appropriate tone-and-manner.
  • Proofread and ensure content consistency across all channels
  • Manage external agencies to ensure projects are brief, on time, on brand and delivered with quality
  • Provide support to monitor and prepare performance reports for individual promotional campaigns
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Events Management

  • Plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end events, including concept development, budgeting, vendor management, logistics coordination, onsite execution, manpower management, post‑event reporting
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure events’ logistics are managed efficiently and within budget
  • Develop event marketing materials and campaigns, including social media content, email invitations, signage and promotional collateral, to drive attendance and brand visibility
  • Ensure all event communications and marketing materials are accurate, consistent and delivered on time

 

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, event management, editorial, aviation or related field
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills in both English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-organised and able to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
  • Proven project‑management and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience in leading cross‑functional projects/teams and managing agency partners
  • Proactive, self‑motivated team player with a keen eye for detail, results‑oriented, fast learner and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience in Excel and Chinese Word processing
  • Practical experience in end‑to‑end event execution, customer relationship management, content creation, copywriting, digital marketing or public relations is preferred
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Occasional weekend / public holiday work is required
