Responsibilities:
- Maintain HKIAA’s social media channels, website, SEM, SEO, eDM and other online channels with timely updates, relevant promotional content.
- Monitor the performance of HKIAA’s social media channels, website and other online channels, utilising relevant analytics and metrics for Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas markets.
- Support in the strategizing and development of online marketing campaigns to grow engagement and followers, and programme recruitment.
- Manage external agencies to ensure communications and high-quality campaigns and projects are delivered on brief, on time, and in compliance with HKIAA’s branding requirements.
- Support in the development and delivery of HKIAA’s other marketing campaigns, plans, materials and activities.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives to achieve HKIAA’s business objectives.
- Assist with any team administration and ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, aviation or related field.
- Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience in managing digital and social media campaigns.
- Strong and effective presentation, communications, multi-tasking and negotiation skills.
- Good team player and possesses good networking and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing. Proficient in CANVA, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and/or video editing software.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
