Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics with Mainland and overseas airports/academic institutions to support course delivery and programme administration
• Travel to academic institutions in Mainland and overseas to attend meetings or undertake coordination works as operational needs require
• Arrange logistics and provide administrative support for both physical classes and online learning activities
• Manage on‑campus study tours from Mainland institutions, including coordination and enrollment procedures
• Provide clerical and administrative support for all training activities within the training centre
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate placement and experiential learning opportunities
• Support the operation of the Academy’s Learning Management System and other online learning platforms
• Assist in preparing training records, reports, and statistics for quality assurance and related purposes
• Organize and conduct airport or campus tours and undertake other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned
• Perform occasional duties during weekends, public holidays, or non‑office hours as operational needs arise

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above with at least 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge of aviation or customer services is a plus
• Working experience in a supervisory/leader role in managing internal staff is an advantage
• Willing to travel to Mainland and overseas
• Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
