Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation and continuous development of the Academy’s Quality Management System.
• Manage the annual QA audit plan, ensuring audits are conducted as scheduled.
• Support the preparation and execution of audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews for training programs and courses.
• Maintain the quality database and records.
• Monitor and analyze data on training effectiveness and quality performance.
• Liaise with other teams to promote best practices and continuous improvement in quality assurance.
• Provide administrative support related to QA operations.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 4 years of work experience, preferably related to quality assurance or data analytics in academic or aviation fields.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, and knowledge of Access, PowerTools, and Python would be an asset.
• Attention to detail; capable of data analysis and report writing.
• Proactive, well-organized, and willing to learn.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus.
