Responsibilities:

• Assist to set up, implement and maintain all facilities / equipment within venues / properties and ensure they are compliant to safety standard
• Conduct regular check and update maintenance record for all building facilities and components.
• Coordinate and monitor the quality of contractors work and carry out inspection upon completion of work
• Perform and monitor the day-to-day operation and set up for business operations
• Standby for event and communicate with related parties to ensure smooth real-time operation and in charge of emergency call for any system failure
• Perform routine and ad-hoc maintenance and repair tasks for the building
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Secondary school or above
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in operation and maintenance of building, building services and support works in event operations
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills an able to work independent
• Well organized, self-motivated, multi-tasking, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of builder’s works / building services and / or works in event operations  
• Shift duty is required
