Responsibilities:

  • Support IT operations for Hong Kong International Aviation Academy, with duties performed at Hong Kong International Airport Area.
  • Provide front-line user support via helpdesk hotline, and on-site assistance, responding to queries and incidents related to hardware, software, accounts, and basic networking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computers, printers, AV equipment, mobile devices.
  • Conduct user training and maintain up-to-date end-user documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of support cases, user inquiries, and asset allocation.
  • Participate in IT operational projects, including systems upgrades, process improvements, and routine audits.
  • Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and security alerts.
  • Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and enforcing company IT policies.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required.


Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in user IT support, helpdesk operations.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management, ticketing systems, and IT asset management preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, network basics, and AV equipment support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Cisco Secure Email Gateway is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively and flexibly.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Officer
