Responsibilities:

• Provide support in planning, developing, implementing, and reviewing sustainability policies and initiatives
• Assist in preparing corporate sustainability reports, including data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings
• Support the application process for sustainability accreditations and renewal of licenses as well as Award competitions
• Assist in execution of carbon, energy, and waste management audits, as well as assurance and other assessments
• Conduct sustainability research and benchmarking, and prepare relevant research reports
• Facilitate efforts in sustainability communication both externally and internally, enhancing the organization’s leadership image and fostering a culture of sustainability
• Perform other ad hoc professional duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Environmental Science
• Knowledge of corporate sustainability, ESG, and environmental standards
• Experience in the MICE industry is a plus
• 3–4 years work experience in sustainability and/or environmental roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
