職位描述:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise efficient, productive and profitable kitchen operations and ensure that high standards of food production and presentation are consistent throughout AWE at all times
- Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions
- Assists the Sous Chef in training associates
- Participates in product development and in controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Participates in the control of associates; associate’s development; and control of food quality, food taste, food presentation, and food requisition
Requirements:
- F.3 or above
- A minimum of 10 years solid experience in Hospitality Industry; and a minimum of 5 years at same position in Chinese Cuisine
