Responsibilities:
- Provide unique and unforgettable in-lounge services for the guest during their stay
- Build strong relationships with guests and develop a VIP recognition culture. Delivering customizes experiences by knowing the guests and individualizing them
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest requests and maintain an authentic, polished and attentive presence during the stay of the guest in the lounge
- Provide professional and high-quality catering services to the guests
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and report to supervisor when required
- Assist in managing catering related inventories
- Assist in check-in arrangements, immigration and customs clearance process as and when required
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management or related field with minimum 2 years of work-related experience
- Experience at luxury hotels or airline first/business class VIP lounges or airlines cabin-related duties will be an advantage.
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented
- Independent, able to work under pressure and passionate to provide high quality hospitality services
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Shift duty is required
